Fortum Power and Heat Oy

The FORTUM Power and Heat Oy Group operates on the Finnish and international energy markets generating electricity and heat at its own power plants. The Group provides consultant and engineering services both for the conventional and the nuclear power industry. The FORTUM Power and Heat Oy Group has carried out projects in over 60 countries, and continues to expand actively its overseas operations. The FORTUM Power and Heat Oy activities in the fusion technology focus on design and manufacturing studies of the RF power transmission system, special components and remote handling technologies as well as on power plant availability and safety studies.
